Why We are Different
Our Consultation with our physicians is a full Internal Medicine Review. Not very much different than a regular doctor visit. Meaning the physcian has seen your conditions before and in the process of your evaluation will be an interactive dialogue on different ways to health.  In fact our physicians are Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Many patients comment that our doctors spend more time with them than there primary doctors.

About Verification
We have two systems. That run side by side. Voice Verification and Online verification. Online Verification is Free of charge to all of our qualifying patients and works 24/7. Voice Verification is 7 days a week during normal buisness hours. We DO NOT report or turn in any lists or patient information to any Third party or Governement Agency. Patient's records are strictly confidential and are protected by Federal and State laws on medical records confidentiality.

Recommendation Time
Our consultation fee is a annual fee. Meaning that if for whatever reason if you need to follow-up with the doctor. (To ask questions or provide additional information ) this follow-up is free of charge.We offer a discount for patients who renew at there annual renewal date.We have heard some doctors set recommendations for a short time then close down shop or require additional money. Our physicians want your file and experience to be complete. This is why we have this policy. Think how legitimate a reccomendation is if it can be bought ahead of time?

Guidelines
Unfortunately easy to obtain recommendations dilute the value of all legal medical cannibas patients. This is why our physicians comply full with the California Medical Associations Guidelines. And goes beyond them to make sure your condition is documented.  

Pre Qualifying
Other Clinics offer "Pre Qualification" . This is a interesting marketing tool however our physicians think distributing medical information over the phone or internet is a terrible breach of privacy. Your medical problems are serious enough that its worth it to get a face to face discussion on the matter. Furthermore if qualified we encourage patients to ask that our online verification system be used for speed and patient privacy.

About Cards
Some doctors offices offer a "CARD"/ Passport etc. Although it would be very easy for us to offer such a product and charge extra for it. The law does not contemplate "CARDS" from physician's. If you think hard when was the last time a physician wrote anything on a club card? These cards are so easy to forge they are more of a novelty than a sense of security. Copies of recommendations hold more weight as the physician's handwriting is clearly on it. Some California Counties have a state ID system. But we do however offer a Wallet Size Recommendation, which has information that will verify with your patient status.  And is hand signed by our physcian.
